All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. In such cases, you will be notified by email.

2. Shipping Time & Method

We offer standard international shipping to most countries. Estimated delivery times:

  • United Kingdom: 5–8 business days

  • United States & Canada: 7–12 business days

  • Europe: 7–14 business days

  • Other International Locations: 10–20 business days

Shipping times may vary depending on your location, customs clearance, and external factors beyond our control.

3. Shipping Fees

We offer free shipping on all orders over $69 USD. For orders under this amount, shipping fees will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

4. Tracking Information

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking link to become active.

5. Customs, Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, or fees imposed by your local government. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost and are the buyer’s responsibility.

6. Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect shipping address or failure to claim the delivery, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping fees may apply.
