Returns & Refund Policy

At Wearluxs, we want you to love your purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.

1. Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return:

  • Your item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging

  • You must request a return within 14 days of delivery

  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required

Items that are damaged due to misuse, washed, worn, or returned without original tags will not be accepted.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Sale or clearance items

  • Intimate or personal care items (e.g., underwear, swimwear)

  • Customized or personalized items

3. Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service:

Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with return instructions and the return address.

Note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or was sent in error.

4. Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original method of payment

  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement

5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged or wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the issue. We will replace or refund the item at no additional cost.

6. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return it and place a new order for the desired item.

7. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet:

  • First, check your bank account again

  • Then contact your credit card company—it may take some time before your refund is officially posted

  • If you’ve done all this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at admin@dewalte.info
